Q: Is your test validated?

Validation is a complex topic. A true validation for a test can really only occurr at your site, using a detailed analysis of your employees job requirements and the importance of each function within that particular job. The MaintTest test therefore is not validated. But, no other test on the market can be considered as being validated either unless the detailed process above has been followed.
