How accurate can a test be when every question can be answered with a guess? We believe the best test is a test that requires a short to a medium length answer. Not only does this assure you that the candidate knows the subject, but it also allows you to see a little deeper into the mind of the candidate to determine what their depth of knowledge on the subject is. The MaintTest is written using a concept known as Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. This method tests the depth of the candidates knowledge on each subject. While this does make the test slightly more difficult to grade, the extra effort is worth the results.
